Ridgebrew is a US-based brand specializing in premium camping coffee gear. Every percolator, press, dripper, mug, and grinder we ship is selected to survive cold mornings, dusty trailheads, and decade-long ownership.

Our story

Ridgebrew was founded in 2024 by a small team of car campers and overlanders who got tired of the trade-off between fragile pour-over glass and bitter gas-station coffee at altitude. We started with a single 9-cup stainless percolator we wished existed, and Ridgebrew has grown from there into a focused catalog for people who refuse to brew bad coffee just because they slept in a tent. We do not chase trends; we equip the kitchen end of a base camp, the tailgate of a rooftop tent, and the cabin shelf that has to hold up through a Montana winter.

How we source

Ridgebrew vets every supplier against a written spec sheet before a single unit is purchased. Metal goods must be food-grade 304 stainless steel; coatings must be NSF/ANSI 51 compliant; brew ratios and extraction geometry are checked against SCA brewing standards so a pour-over from a Ridgebrew dripper at 8,000 ft tastes the way it does on the kitchen counter. We pull random units from each production batch, weigh wall thicknesses, and stress-test handles before approving a SKU to ship — the spec sheet is the contract, and we walk away from factories that do not hit it.

Every Ridgebrew order ships from our US fulfillment partner and is backed by a 30-day no-questions return window. Our metal goods — percolators, grinders, tumblers, stainless filters — carry a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects; if a weld fails or a burr cracks, we replace it.
