Why it exists
A dripper parked on a mug or server still weeps after the brew. Lift it off and set it down bare and you get a brown ring on the table, the picnic board, or the camp counter, and someone wipes it up with the one clean towel. This flat wooden ring gives the dripper a place to land. The cone or flat-bottom dripper sits in the ring, held off the surface, so the last of the drip stays in the filter instead of under it.
How it works
Brew the way you always do: dripper on the mug or server, filter in, grounds in, pour. When the bed has drained to where you want it, lift the dripper off the vessel and set it into the ring. The ring supports the dripper around its body and holds the spout clear of the table, so the residual coffee pools in the dripper rather than on your work surface. Drink your coffee, then carry dripper and ring to the trash or compost together, dump the filter, and wipe the ring dry.
It works with cone drippers and flat-bottom drippers alike, which matters when a camp kit and a kitchen kit use different cones. There is nothing to assemble and nothing that goes on heat: it is a resting ring, not a stand you brew through, and it never sees a stove or a fire.
Built for the trail
- Flat wooden ring: set the dripper in it the moment you lift it off the mug or server.
- Works with cone and flat-bottom drippers, so one ring covers whichever dripper you packed.
- Keeps residual drip in the dripper and off the table, picnic board, or camp counter while the dripper sits idle.
- Four woods to choose from: Walnut, Bamboo, Dark Bamboo, and Rubberwood.
- Solid wood construction with no high-concern chemicals listed by the maker.
- No moving parts and nothing to break in a gear bin; it lies flat against a cutting board or inside a dripper.
Best for
Car campers, van travelers, and cabin kitchens where pour-over is the daily brew and the table is wood, laminate, or a borrowed picnic bench you would rather not stain. Home brewers who want a tidy landing spot beside the kettle. Walnut and Dark Bamboo lean darker to match stained furniture or walnut coasters; Bamboo and Rubberwood run lighter for a pale counter or a camp table. It is a gift-sized add-on for anyone who already owns a dripper. If you need a stand that holds the dripper above a cup while you brew, this is not that; it is a rest for the dripper after the brew.
Honest limits
The maker does not publish a diameter, so a very large or very small dripper may not seat as neatly as a standard cone. It is wood: wipe it dry after each use and keep it out of standing water, and do not leave a dripping cone in it overnight. Wood grain and color vary piece to piece within each of the four woods. It is not a brewing stand and not a heat-resistant trivet for a kettle.
