Stainless Steel Vacuum Coffee Bean Canister

Why it exists

Ground coffee goes stale fast once the bag is open—especially in a damp tent or a hot car. We wanted a vessel that actually seals, so the beans we pack on Friday still smell like they should on Sunday. This stainless vacuum coffee canister is built for that job: airtight storage, a lid that stays put, and a walnut spoon that lives with the jar instead of rattling around the kit. It is an accessory, not theater. We use it at camp and on the kitchen counter between trips.

Built for the trail

• 316 stainless steel body with an airtight cover—meant for food, not for the microwave or dishwasher.
• Black walnut wood spoon nested with the jar, so you are not scooping with a dirty camp spoon.
• Sized for a real weekend of brewing: choose 900 ml or 1200 ml depending on how much you grind ahead.
• Vacuum-style jar that keeps grounds from picking up trail humidity and cooler smells.
• One piece in the kit: jar plus spoon, light enough at 0.3 kg packed that it does not argue with the rest of the Ridgebrew bag.
