Why it exists

On a ridgeline stove, a wide camp mug dumps water in a rush and ruins the bloom. We built this titanium gooseneck kettle so a solo or two-person pour-over can stay slow, even when the wind is up and the pad is uneven. Pure titanium does not fight the coffee; the liquid tastes like the beans, not the pot. The spout unscrews, the D-handle folds, and the whole piece drops into a small kit without the usual kettle bulk.
