How it works
Fill the kettle, set it on stove-top heat, and bring the water up while you rinse the filter and dose the grounds. Lift it off, let it settle for a moment, and pour. The swan-neck, thin-mouth spout narrows the stream so the water lands where you point it instead of flooding one side of the dripper. Wet the grounds, wait for the bloom, then pour in slow circles until the bed is full and the brew is done. There is nothing to plug in, pair, or charge. It is a fully manual pot: heat it, pour it, pack it.
It suits pour-over drippers first, and it is just as useful for tea, where a slow, directed pour keeps leaves from swirling up out of a mug or infuser. The 350 ml (12 fl oz) size covers a small dripper or a quiet mug of tea after the drive. The 600 ml (20 fl oz) size gives you enough water for a larger dripper or more than one cup from a single heat.
